About Me
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a BSc (Hons) degree
from Middlesex University. I have always been interested in the area
of psychology and from a young age found myself observing
and fascinated in learning about peoples behaviour of course including my own!
Life experiences brought me to counselling and realising the benefit
I gained led me to apply for the counselling and psychotherapy degree.

My aim is to empower clients to deal with strong emotions,
sort through confusion or worry, plan ways of making positive life changes,
and feel understood and supported.

Counselling and Psychotherapy
Welcome, my name is Maggie and I am a professional,
competent and compassionate counsellor
and psychotherapist based in Ireland.
My therapeutic approach is Humanistic and Integrative and is also influenced by Person Centred and Psychodynamic ideologies to suit each clients individual needs.
I am aware from personal experience that to find a counsellor who matches your needs and to begin counselling can be for many a time of vulnerability and I provide a safe, caring and non-judgmental environment where issues can be explored and worked through together.
I offer both online counselling sessions and in-person sessions so distance need not be an obstacle.
Areas I cover include but are not limited to:
- Depression and anxiety
- Relationship and Family issues
- Life transitions
- Loss and Bereavement
- Trauma
- Stress related issues.
I believe counselling allows individuals to explore their feelings, beliefs and behaviours and perhaps identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change.
